What IS ISO/IEC 20000?
ISO/IEC 20000 is the first international standard for IT Service Management. Its purpose is to "promote the adoption of an integrated process approach to effectively deliver managed services to meet the business and customer requirements".
This course is primarily designed for IT managers who need a basic understanding of ISO/IEC 20000, but not the level of detail provided in Foundation or higher level courses. This course is ideal for IT departments wanting to improve their IT operations and service delivery yet lacking a familiarity with ISO/IEC 20000.
