How to Successfully Certify Your Company for ISO/IEC 20000
This is a five day course for consultants and IT Project Managers interested in getting ISO certified as an organization. During the course of the week, you will work through a series of workshops that will guide you on both the underlying processes and how to implement them to achieve ISO accreditation. You will learn how to take all the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000 and make them work for your specific organization.

After this course, you'll be able to create evidence (documents and records) for ISO 20000 certification requirements. The course activities are designed to inform and to provide examples of document and record creation. You will create a sample ISO/IEC 20000 Project Plan, Service Catalog, Capacity Plan and leave with customizable templates for your own implementations.
