What IS ITIL®?
IT Service Management (ITSM) needs a firm foundation for success. The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®)
provides an established and recognized set of best practices for ITSM. Our ITIL® Awareness training will provide
a top-level, fundamental introduction to the ITIL® material.
This course is primarily designed for IT managers who need a basic understanding of ITIL®, but not the level of detail provided in Foundation or higher level courses. This course is ideal for IT departments wanting to improve their IT operations and service delivery yet lacking a familiarity with ITIL®.
