This accredited course introduces the concepts of ITIL Version 3 and the IT Service Lifecycle. It describes the lifecycle stages, processes, functions, roles, inputs and outputs, relationships and interactivities of the processes. This course features interactive learning experiences and real-world examples throughout the course. The result is a thorough understanding of the basics of ITIL V3, which can be used to sit the ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate exam. This course is a fully packed 2.5 days with additional required homework on the first two nights of class. The ITIL V3 Foundations Certification Exam is administered by 3:00 PM on the last day of the course. Taking the exam is optional.
